Cristian worked from home today. When I got back home this afternoon from teaching Kindermusik and Silver Sneakers, I noticed Sarah's clothes for the day still perfectly laid out where I had left them this morning. Hmmmmmmm. Cristian usually doesn't pick out clothes, so I thought it was strange that today he decided to mix it up a bit and choose Sarah's outfit. Come to find out, Cristian sent Sarah to Yasmin's house in the same clothes "I had dressed her in this morning". Translation: She went to Yasmin's house wearing her PAJAMAS. The same PAJAMAS she has worn 5 nights in a row. The same stinky pajamas that she WILL NOT LET ME PUT IN THE WASHER. Nice. That would be my kid. Trailer park trash-a-roo. I'm over worrying about what others will think about me or my mothering skills. They already know I.AM. LOSING.IT.

i can't wait to see what reason #1,000 is!
i'm right there with you girl- i gave up stressing about stuff about a year after child #3. and also after about $1,500 worth of therapy sessions.
Hooray for jammie day!
I'll bet they didn't even notice...
At least she was dressed!
My sister forgot to put underwear once on her daughter and took her to church in a nice dress....
We call it "Pulling a Britney" :)
yea, I love it when somebody elses makes one of those comments like, "boy, who dressed you"
My personal fav. is when Shawn let dallin go out with wildly striped colorful pants with the opposite color dino shirt..nice!
But was she still wearing a saggy pull-up???
Paige: ICK. No she wasn't wearing a saggy pull-up. Thank goodness those days are behind us. We've been pull-up free for a couple months now. YIPPIE! And now I don't even have to take her to the bathroom before I go to bed. She can hold it until the morning . . . and then some.
I love Dads. I remember sending Jer to Seattle with the two boys with a whole bag full of clothes for a few days trip. They came back in the SAME CLOTHES as when they left three days prior. They wore the same shirt, undies, pants, and socks for THREE days.
I thought you were going to say that she went naked.
I had one go to kindergarten wearing superman pajamas, cape and all.
I came over from Andrea's blog. What a funny story. It reminded me of some friends of ours. I was over there picking up my son and saw their daughter in a funny sweater. The sleeves were too short and half of her belly was hanging out. She had worn it to school all day long. Her mom told me that the dad had helped her get dressed that day...in her little sister's sweater. It was such a funny sight!
Whenever I do things to make things easier on my husband, he skips right over them. Good story!
How do they not notice stuff like that?!
