Cristian rushed home from work so he could supervise Tino and Sarah while I took Mateo to the barber before they closed at 6:00 p.m. On the way to the barber, we had a heart to heart talk. I asked Mateo what on earth he was thinking when he decided to cut his hair? First response: Mami, I was just trying to make my hair look like papi's brown friend. (P.S. Thank you RICHARD! Richard, our friend from Trinidad and Tobago goes to the barber every week and gets his hair shaved . . . with a 0 clipper. ) Mateo's second response: But don't worry mami. I was berry berry careful. I didn't even cut myself with the scissors.
Unfortunately, the barber was unable to fix Mateo's damages with a #2 or a #3. Mr. Mateo is #1.

That's okay - Jackson is a #1 and he looks tough.
Blake is about a #3 on top and #2 on bottom - he looks even tougher.
No one is going to mess with Mateo at school.
